Epic is the leading enterprise-wide EHR (electronic health record) system. Syringes labeled by Codonics Safe Label System can be scanned directly into Epic’s BCMA (barcode medication administration) module for improved safety using the barcode on the syringe label. They can also be scanned into Epic’s anesthesia module for improved safety and documentation purposes.
